I am going to visit MF-TOKYO 2025. When does visitor registration start?

Visitor registration is planned to open in late May. Please check MF-TOKYO official website around that time.

I am going to visit MF-TOKYO from overseas. Can you arrange a visa for me?

No. The organizer and secretariat do not provide any services related to entry support from overseas, including visa or invitation letter issuance. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to have my booth location changed?

No. Booth locations cannot be changed.

How do we send our exhibits from overseas?

Please ask our cooperating company Schenker-Seino, or arrange shipping by exhibitors themselves.
The procedure may take several months when shipping items from overseas. Please prepare as soon as possible.

Are there any height limit for decoration?

Yes. The height limits are set according to the size of the booth. For details, please refer to the exhibitor manual.

Can I rent equipment for my booth?

Yes. Rental of equipment is available from the cooperating companies of this exhibition.

Can I request early power transmission?

We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can "Iida Electrical Works" provide an isolation transformer?

No. Please have your own booth construction company provide it.

How is single-phase 200 V supplied?

Single-phase 200 V will be supplied with single-phase three wires.

We are planning to use the water supply and drainage system. Which pit is allowed for the water supply and drainage piping?

Machinery, sub and gas pits.
However, the regulations for use of sub pits and gas pits may differ depending on the exhibition hall.

We are planning to use compressed air (pneumatic) construction. Which pit is allowed for air piping?

Mechanical, electrical, sub, and gas pit.

I am planning to apply for air and water supply/drainage installation, but details for exhibit have not been finalized. Is it okay to submit the form without specifying the air volume (compressed air) and water pipe size (water supply and drainage)?

Please fill out the form as much as possible when submitting it.
If details of exhibits have not been decided yet, please submit the form with blanks then contact us as soon as they are finalized.
If you are undecided about the amount of supplies, please indicate so in the margin of the form.

Where can I get my exhibitor pass and contractor stickers?

Exhibitor Pass/contractor sticker will be provided at the East Hall 5 secretariat office in the venue during the move-in period.

What is the difference between exhibitor pass and contractor stickers?

Exhibitor pass is for use by those who will be present at booths during the exhibition, such as those who will be serving visitors.
Worker sticker is to be worn by those who are involved in the set-up and removal of exhibits, such as carrying in/out of exhibits and decorations. Please wear the sticker when working in the hall.
*Exhibitors who use an exhibitor pass do not need to wear a worker sticker.

What will happen if I forget to submit a form for hazardous or heavy items?

Some exhibits and demonstrations may not be allowed. Please be sure to submit the form by the deadline.
Please refer to the exhibitor manual for submission procedures and deadline.

Can I work overtime during the move-in period?

Yes. Move-in work in the venue is allowed until the opening of the exhibition on July 16 (Wed.). If night or early morning work is necessary, application at the secretariat office is required (free of charge). For details, please refer to the exhibitor manual.

Can couriers deliver some parcel to my booth?

Yes. Parcel can be delivered to the exhibitor's booth during the move-in period. The sample of shipping label is indicated on the exhibitor manual.
Please make sure to pick up the parcel by exhibitor. The secretariat will not receive the parcel instead of the exhibitor.

What should I do with the scraps generated from demonstrations during the exhibition?

Scraps generated from the demonstration will be collected at the venue. Collection points will be indicated in the venue. For large items, please take them home or contact “Big Sight Service” in charge of waste disposal.

Can I restock demonstration materials every day? Can I change demonstration sample materials?

We will arrange for the work to be done during the exhibition period. Please contact the secretariat in advance.

Can we leave our vehicles (for both move-in/out and private) overnight?

No. It is not allowed to leave any vehicles overnight neither in the truck yard nor the vehicle waiting area. Please use the paid parking lot operated by Tokyo Big Sight.

Is it allowed to provide food and beverages for visitors?

Yes. Food that is individually packaged and beverages that are served during business meetings are allowed. For food to be cooked and served, exhibitors must apply for and obtain permission from the Health Department by themselves. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for details.

What measures are the organizers planning to implement to protect against heat?

Air conditioning will be in operation from the move-in period. Drinking water will be available at the rest area for exhibitors (free of charge).

Will the major renovation of Tokyo Big Sight have any effect on exhibitors?

Underground parking in the East building is not available.
Restaurants on the East Hall 1-3 in the renovation area will be closed. The secretariat also plans to set up a box lunch stand and kitchen car. However, we would appreciate your cooperation in ordering box lunches or take other measures in advance. For other details, please refer to the exhibitor manual.
*The information on renovation of Tokyo Big Sight is a tentative plan, and the construction regulations may be subject to change in the future. The secretariat will notify exhibitors of any changes or additional information that may affect them.
